Overview
Settebello was one of the first restaurants to open its doors to the RiverPark community in The Collection at RiverPark in 2013. Settebello was created to re-create Pizza Napoletana as it has been made in Napoli for more than 200 years.
Pizza Napoletana is made with soft dough and takes about one minute to cook in a wood-burning oven. Because of this, Pizza Napoletana has several distinctive characteristics. First-rate ingredients are essential in creating an authentic pizza Napoletana. Whenever possible, the actual ingredients used in pizzerias in Napoli are imported. When importing is not possible, they use the highest quality American products to complete the pizzas.
