DW Factory Tours @ DW Drums
Overview
Go behind the scenes at the DW factory and experience how world-renowned drums are crafted. Guests will tour the 50,000-square-foot manufacturing facility and learn more about the craftsmanship, artistry, and production process behind DW products.
Tour Details:
- Tours are offered almost every Thursday at 2:00 PM
- Duration: Approximately 1 hour
- Admission: Free
- Capacity is limited to 10 guests per tour
- Advance reservations of are required at least two days prior - (805) 485-6999 ext. 450.
Important Information:
- Guests should arrive 10 minutes early
- Children under 5 years old are not permitted due to the active manufacturing environment
- Closed-toe shoes are required for safety
- Comfortable clothing is recommended, as some areas of the factory may be warm or humid
Photography Policy:
Photography is permitted only in designated areas during the tour. Certain production spaces, including the Shell Shop and Paint Booth, are restricted.
Accessibility:
Please note that some areas of the factory include narrow walkways and standing-room-only viewing spaces.
