3 easy steps to get a film permit in Oxnard

- City staff will be in touch within two business days with any questions and to provide an update on the status of your permit approval!

Business Tax Certificate.
A City of Oxnard business tax certificate (BTC) is required for all productions filming in Oxnard on private property. Complete this application and submit it directly to ctlicensing@oxnard.org for processing when you submit your permit application.
