Experience the natural beauty of Anacapa Island, one of the Channel Islands National Park's most iconic destinations. This guided day trip includes a scenic boat ride, wildlife viewing opportunities and time to explore the island’s dramatic coastal landscapes, historic lighthouse and breathtaking viewpoints.

  • Scenic narrated cruise along Anacapa Island

  • Island orientation by a National Park Service ranger or Island Packers naturalist

  • Access to the 1.5-mile self-guided trail, lighthouse area, and Inspiration Point

Important Information

  • Island landings are weather and sea-condition dependent and are not guaranteed.
  • Access requires climbing a vertical ladder from the boat to the pier and ascending 153 stairs to reach the island.
  • No potable water, shade or food services are available on the island; visitors should bring water, snacks and sun protection.
  • Sturdy footwear and layered clothing are strongly recommended.
  • Not wheelchair accessible and may not be suitable for visitors with mobility limitations.
  • Please Note: If sea conditions prevent a safe landing, the trip will operate as a wildlife cruise and fares will be adjusted accordingly.
