| Rice Avenue Freeway Ramps Close Beginning Monday, June 14, 2010, the Rice Avenue/Santa Clara Avenue bridge over Highway 101 (Ventura Freeway) in Oxnard, will temporarily close its southbound off-ramp due to construction.
